NadPrep Universal Circularization Kit v2

Circularization efficiency and NGS QC performance of different types of libraries.Libraries were prepared by using NadPrep DNA Universal Library Preparation Kit (for MGI) coupled with NadPrep Universal Adapter (SI) Module (for MGI), NadPrep Universal Adapter (MDI) Module (for MGI) and NadPrep Universal Stubby Adapter (UDI) Module, and were circularized by using NadPrep v2, Vendor M*_SI, Vendor M*_DI and Vendor M*_Illumina circularization kit, respectively. The A. Circularization efficiency of NadPrep v2 is obviously better than other vendors. There is no significant difference in B. Q30 and C. Mapping rate among these kits on MGI platform (MGISEQ-2000, PE100).
Note：Sample type: Human Female Genomic DNA standard (Promega-Female, G1521); Library input: 1 pmol; NadPrep v2 refers to the libraries circularized by using the NadPrep Universal Circularization Kit v2.

Note：NadPrep^® v1: NadPrep^® NadPrep v1 refers to the libraries circularized by using the NadPrep Universal Circularization Kit (for MGI); The input amount in A & B is 1 pmol; The sample type in B & C are PCR products and Human Female Genomic DNA standard (Promega-Female, G1521), respectively; The average insert size in C is 280 bp.
