NadPrep NanoBlockers act by reducing non-specific binding of adapter sequences, which improves on-target rate and increases enrichment depth. NadPrep NanoBlockers (for Illumina®) work with Illumina libraries with single/dual indexes and 6nt/8nt indexes.

Figure 1. Performance of NadPrep NanoBlockers(for Illumina®). The NadPrep NanoBlockers (for Illumina®) worked effectively in libraries with different input amount. Libraries were prepared using NadPrep DNA Library Preparation Module (for Illumina®) with 500 ng and 6000 ng input separately.
Note: Sample type: gDNA, sequencing platform: MGISEQ-2000, PE100; BWA was used to align raw reads to reference genome (GRCh37, hg19) and calculate on-target rates by using reads aligned to the panel regions and flanking sequences.
