μCaler Hybrid Capture Reagents that have been optimized for targeted enrichment of small panels and, coupled with μCaler NanoBlockers and μCaler Panel based on Nanodigmbio’s independent intellectual property rights with innovative scheme design have constituted a complete liquid hybridization capture system, thus enabling the whole process completion of capture-library preparation in same day.

The μCaler SARS-Cov-2 Panel is designed based on the Wuhan-Hu-1/2019 (MN908947) reference genome with dependence on the μCaler probe design scheme. It covers all 29.9 Kb genomic regions and can be used for precise typing, variant tracking, and identification of new variants of SARS-CoV-2.
