NadPrep NanoBlockers (for MGI) are universal blockers for MGI platforms.The NadPrep NanoBlockers act by reducing non-specific binding of adapter sequences, which improves on-target rate and increases enrichment depth.

NadPrep NanoBlockers(for MGI, SI) only work with MGI libraries with 10nt single indexes (SI). NadPrep NanoBlockers(for MGI^, DI) only work with MGI libraries with 10 nt dual indexes (DI),They are non-interchangeable.

Universal blockers for MGI platforms.
The NadPrep NanoBlockers (SI) and the NadPrep NanoBlockers (DI) work with MGI libraries with 10 nt single indexes and dual indexes respectively.
Effectively reduce non-specific binding of adapter sequences and significantly increase the on-target rate and increase enrichment depth.

Figure 1. Performance of NadPrep NanoBlockers (for MGI, SI) and NadPrep NanoBlockers (for MGI, DI). The NadPrep NanoBlockers worked effectively in panels with different size. Libraries were prepared using NadPrep DNA Library Preparation Module (for MGI) coupled with NadPrep Universal Adapter (DI) Module or NadPrep Universal Adapter (SI) Module.
Note: Sample type: gDNA, sequencing platform: MGISEQ-2000, PE100; BWA was used to align raw reads to reference genome (GRCh37, hg19) and calculate on-target rates by using reads aligned to the panel regions and flanking sequences.
