HPVisual Panel v1.0 targets L1 gene segments of 226 HPV types listed by the International HPV Reference Center (2019) for detection and typing of HPVs, and also full genomes of 18 carcinogenic types for more comprehensive analysis including viral integration into the host genome. HPVisual Panel v1.0 demo.1

DNA libraries were created from DNA of cervical cancer cell lines (Caski, HeLa, SiHa, MS751) and human gDNA (Promega, G1521) using Nanodigmbio NadPrep library preparation kit (for Illumina). These libraries were enriched in captures using the HPVisual Panel v1.0, then sequenced.
